Ingredients

Almond Flour- 1 ½ cup cup

Desiccated Coconut – ½ cup

Beet Root juice- 2 Tbsp  ( grate a small beetroot and squeeze it to extract its juice)

Maple syrup – 1/3 Cup

Dried rose petal- 2 tbsp

Vanilla extract- 1 Tbsp

Cardamom powder- ½ tsp

Baking powder – ¼ tsp

salt- a pinch

Directions

1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Mix it uniformly.

2. Divide it into 14 equal parts. Flatten the ball slightly between your palms to create a disc shape. Using your fingers, pinch one end of the disc to make a point similar to the bottom of a heart. Then, pinch the opposite side of the disc to create the top of the heart shape. Gently shape and smooth the sides of the heart as needed to make a uniform shape.

3. Place the heart-shaped cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving some space between each cookie. Repeat the process with the remaining cookie dough.

4. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Bate the cookie for 10-12 minutes.
