Sweet potatoes have cancer-fighting property; it is suitable for type 2 diabetes, promotes vision, good for brain function, provides immunity. It contains resistance starch that supports gut health. Besides, it is easy to add it to your day-to-day diet as readily available and pretty affordable. It was my baby's favorite weaning food as well. I prefer to have a Sweet potato smoothie for breakfast as it keeps me full for long .moreover, I relish its taste so much. It is like having dessert for breakfast. I love to add some spices, which increases its flavor and nutrient density.

Ingredients:
Sweet potato – 1 (steamed)
Banana- 1
Cinnamon powder- ½ tsp
Nutmeg powder- a pinch
Clove- 1 (powdered)
Dates- 2
Toppings:
Chia seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender except seeds and make a smoothie.
2. Add the smoothie to a bowl and garnish it with seeds and your favorite fruits.
